Dont know if you know, but york requires a lid to be worn, taken from site:

For Run What You've Brung Events, you require your car scrutineering (a 'health and safety check'), a drivers licence and a crash helmet (there's a limited number for loan at the track), sign on at the Tower and your ready to go.

I'd be very interested (if I'm allowed?) obviously Yorkshire peeps will come first - but if you need more attendees - you can count on me

The Preferred dates are:
17th July
25th September

17th July is my Dads birthday, and I'm working - but both can be sorted with enough notice

Is that date set in stone then? as I need 3 weeks notice to book 1 day off god damn crap company

Both of those dates are fine with me. I was going to go to Santa Pod on the 17th but would rather go to York for a MIG showdown

Right, spoke to TOm and got the go-ahead. IDeally we want to get the day on one of the 4 dates in August.

ONce I've confirmed which one we can have with Steve (organiser @ York) then we can get things moving.

You can camp over the night before, and if we can confirm that 30 or more people will be camping they'll open the bar wahey

Once people have put there names down I'd like to have a deposit of a tenner please (by cheque) which I will keep until the day to ensure that if people don't turn up MIG aren't left looking like a cowboy outfit and we can contribute money from those that didn't turn up. If you turn up as expected, your cheque will be returned to you
