| I am really looking forward to this, Though I am limited to the meet nights but with it been more local to me its a lot easier to arrange, I've got a whole host of mates with modded Vauxhalls that don't have internet access all the time who are also interested in these meets even though they are not paid up members.

| i know im a bit new and maybe speaking above my station here but ..........
would it be worth a review of the regions in general?? just seen this thread (which is a common sense idea knowing the distances you guys travel to get to northern meets) and also seen the trouble with the scottish region. maybe some of the higher bods could look at the overall state of affairs and do what needs doing ?? i know the regions as they are now have been as is for a long time but MIG seems to be growing (think i read it was 400 new members in the last 4 months or something) so does MIG need to adapt ??

| York raceway is a good venue for a lot of people, but I personally never get the time of work for it to be viable, I prefer evening meets as I work every weekend, This is why i never get to go to meetings or to the dragstrip. I take 1 sunday off each year to try and set a decent time in my car. The rest of the Sundays are normally spent at work or at a Mig Event.

| I'll start a place for a general starting point, i'm sure others will include thier own preferred places.
Burgerking Drive through on the Massive retail park at the foot of the M606 and the Leeds Ring road, just a few hundred yards from the white rose centre. Its easily arrived at from the M62 and M1-M621.

| Is the post office pub where you come off the M62(west bound) and turn immediately left and following the road round and it's on your left?
but vague , but I remember going to some corsa meets there a few years back!
theirs also Rother Valley in South Yorkshire, it's good for summer meets! and their ice cream too |
