oil in coolant

I have oil in my coolant jug. Not good, huh? It's a '99 Ecotec 2.0SE. Do they go porous easy? Or is it more likely just the head gasket? Also, cranking compression pressure is WAY off the scale at like 1500kPa each cylinder! That can't be right for a 9.4:1 "SE" engine. This is a turbo ecotec that made 320hp recently on 1Bar boost, though it has never run quite right. It has 66,000 miles and new timing belt, tensioners, etc. What the h*ll?

Not heard of porous heads being a problem on Ecotecs.
Head gaskets though are all too common on the normally aspirated 2.0 Ecotecs over here.

1500KPA or 15Bar (220 PSI) is at the top of acceptable range for an NA engine.
Could be getting oil or water in the bores increasing compression.

Thanks for your replies. I thought about the coolan thing... I just checked the plugs and they look clean. I checked the bore with a scope and there was just a little unspent fuel on top of the pistons. I think it might be in the engine management still, I don't have it worked out just yet.
