Either because when it was last removed the ring clip was not replaced with a new one, or it was not pushed all they way in until the ring clip catches.
Or one other posibility is the fact that the car/something else is bent from the curb experience causing the driveshaft to fall out < i would say this is very likley. Rick
i had the same problem on my old mk1 astra gte after my mate decided to ram it into the kerb, they seemed to be fine until high revs then the drive shaft would fall out, it turned out to be the small circlip on the end
no funny angles as far as i am aware but something dont look right so i will be fitting the GTE 16v wishbones to it, the drive shaft i have replaced allready.
if the cars lowered thats a factor that can cuase this as well.
