Did you pay with a credit card ? If so you might be able to get your money back from them, just tell them you haven't got the goods.

Because a lot of what i've seen is poorly made imitations of the real thing using cheap materials. Indeed, some of them are rebadged imitations, copies of copies , lol. For example:

Vauxhall C20LET Cavalier Calibra Turbo 3 76mm Downpipe

Almost everything about that downpipe, including the laughable description, is a joke. They sell it for £189 - that wouldn't be near enough to pay for the steel in the real thing.

Hi Guys!

I'm Robert from Hungary, sorry about my english. I work with RS Performance Hungary, we build a some punto gt-s, you can see our videos at youtube (rsp punto).
I need a little help from you. I ordered 10pcs intercooler from JBI motorsport. I payed that with bank transfer at 26 of July, at 6 of August they wrote the intercoolers have been sent, but still I didn't get that, and after 6 of August, they never answer of my mails. I'm very angry, and I don't know, what can I do? Please help me!

Cheers, Robert

i had my intercooler kit off them and and cant fault the company or product at all.
I'd agree with all of the above.

I've had a tophat off them, fuel rail blank, bottom pulley and more without any issues on quality or delivery.

I would like to phone them, but I cant speak english so well.
Did you buy through ebay and/or paypal?
Simply start a payment dispute.
p.s. Check the recent negative feedback n the jbi ebaysite..

I just wasted £8 on a Punto 1.8 HGT filter on the promise it would fit (from JBI motorsport, who sold me the sandwich plate in the first place without saying it doesn't fit a Cav/Calibra with an oil cooler )

maybe not but its becoming more and more often recently and theres nothing we can do to stop it happening to us, i feel for all the guys who constantly lose out while the owners of these companies sit pretty on large sums of other peoples money and sit laughing at what theyve done.

Having had first hand experience of this recently (i was stuck for 21hrs in crete 2 weeks ago when kiss went under (who was started by the twat that send excel under 2 yrs ago ive since found out)) i know how people feel and its really ****ty
