    Engine upgrade - insurance?

    think of putting a c20xe into my corsa and declaring it, was just wondering which insurance companies are cheapest/best. or who just hasnt declared it

    any help would be great

    28, 7 years no claims, 1 not at fault accident, 6 points on a 1.8 16v Corsa B with all mods declared = £400 with Adrian Flux on a 6000 mile policy.

    If you can't afford the insurance, don't change the engine.

    it's his problem if he wants to declare it, he's still covered for 3rd party risks so it's no skin off my nose, it's just his own car and health that are at risk. of course if you end up paralysed and needing full time medical care for the rest of your natural born life you're a bit ****ed.

    Members get discount at Hic/Flux which are slowly being coming one of the last to do modded cars...

    2.0 16v corsa redtop, with quaife limited slip diff, big bore lexmaul ehaust manifold, enlarged inlet manifold, enlarged throttle body, powercap, courtney group n chip, powerflow exhaust system, coilovers, poly sport bushes, v6 disc upgrade, tinted windows, flushed boot, badboy bonnet, indicator mirrors, Custom leather interior, digital dash, custom colour coded dash, sound system, wheel spacers and many more mods everything declared, im 22 4 years no claims , no convictions etc, £970 fully comp, £450 excess, breakdown cover included & courtesy car if needed. adrian flux modified car insurance.
