    Way too Fast :-/

    I Feel cheated!

    Cutting a long story short.

Insurance renewal was end of last month. Premium jumped up by 150spons ffs!

Bear in mind this is over 20yrs accident and claim free driving, continuously insured and max no claims!

After doing the usual effing about running up bills phoning brokers and comparing the market etc etc. The renewal notice was the cheapest bloody quote! Very unusual but hey ho renews. After all 'everyones' in the same boat

Just done a quick compare the market for sh*ts and giggles but REMOVED all my no claims (15+yrs was the max the drop down menu went to)

And............................ the tpft quote caim in at just £130 more and the fc quote came in at a whopping £100 extra (yes the figures are the right way round)

All i can say is what everyone already knows..................You f*ckin c***in robbin' BAST*RDS!

Why advertise all this bull about max no-claims up 70% and rewarding careful drivers for next to nothing discount???

As a foot note my renewal was £360 tpft for a bloody shed of a Peugeot diesel!!!
Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive, anyway.

im with the aa, and this year they want to bump mine up another 160, did the compare route, and can get fully comp for 205 just under less than half what the aa want
    I smile because I don't know what's going on.

    Re: I Feel cheated!

Dreading one of my renewal's in feb. Im sure they got it wrong this year and sold it far too cheap.

No doubt it'l be 3 or 4 time more expensive next year

Just over £800 for me to insure a 1.25 R reg Fiesta with my mam as a named driver, I'm 25 and have no points mother is 48 (I think) and went into the back of someone about 3 years ago.

May have been cheaper without her on thinking about it lol

I've got over 3 years under 4 of driving experience and was paying £700 for a 1.2 Nova when I first passed which was £400 in my second year (with flux for the second year) :|

    Corsa Turb n Cally Turb

    Re: I Feel cheated!

Yes it is, becuase statistics show more people with TPFT make a claim than people with fully comp, i had the same thing with my cally turb. Fully comp was cheaper.

Always ring the company that sent you the renewal notice, they always drop the price and also ring the insurance company before you get the renewal through for a renewal quote. The sooner your insurance is due the less likely they are to drop the price as they know you are despirate to get it sorted out, ie if it runs out tomorrow the price goes up!
