Ex-police 3.0 MV6 engine from a crashed M-reg Omega Police car (89K on clock)
Full top end rebuild (heads stripped, skimmed and acid dipped, valves cleaned and re-lapped, all new seals)
Tappets cleaned and flushed
New GM cambelt kit and water pump
Vectra V6 alloy cam covers
Early C25XE management and loom (non EGR or Secondary air setup)
Omega inlet setup (dual ram deactivated and removed)
Cone air filter in O/S inner wing behind bumper with air feed holes in bottom of bumper
Bespoke tubular steel exhaust manifolds (heat wrapped)
2.5" exhaust system consisting of:
Modified C25XE downpipe (heat wrapped (double wrapped when passing TXB))
Standard C20LET CAT and mid-section (2.5")
Heavily modified Longlife backbox with duplex oval tailpipes
(these three sections are joined with 2.5" tri-flange plates - no sections are clamped)
Transmission
F28 6-speed gearbox (electronic)
Rose jointed quick-shift gear linkage
Standard Transfer Box rebuilt 10K ago by VTS
Suspension
Spax lowering springs
60mm drop front
70mm drop rear
Spax adjustable shock absorbers
Rear subframe modified to correct camber
Brakes
Standard Turbo brakes all round
Wheels & Tyres
Standard late Turbo 'softstar' alloys with 205/50WR16 tires all round.

Chrome '4x4' door badges
