Forum Software Updates
After a long day upgrading various software, the site is now open. There are some new features along with this new version of vBulletin, most of these have been activated for members only.
If anyone has any problems using the site as a result of this update, please ensure you report it in the help desk. I have tested as much as a can, but I could have missed something.
Next up - a new look for the site (in a few weeks).

Just found some sort of 'web page cannot be accessed' thing between posts elsewhere. It's not a complaint or anything, just thought you might want to know.

Revenue - advertising payouts have dropped and the site isn;t paying for itself. They aren't major, you'll get used to them soon enough.

Also what I can see its only just the 1 advert block below the 1st post in all threads - not like before where you were bombarded everywhere !
front page flicks over and loses quick links feature when you click it, then shows page cannot be displayed when clicking all other items in that bar.
managing to get round it by going into pm box and going from there.

Yes - it is expensive, $320 a month for the server alone.

i used the top right log in box on the front as usual and got this message
