| More MIGWeb/MIGClub Focused News? The MIGWeb fornt page currently holds press releases from Vauxhall - pretty much unedited.
I want to start putting events writups, news on members cars being featured in mags, major new product releases, impressive car projects and restorations, summary and links to thought provoking threads, general news (like the stolen car revoered with help from a MIG user) etc.
What I am after is some further ideas and people will to help write these articles. Writers should have good writing skills and be able to captivate the reader.
I am considering making a new private forum for appointed writers to submit news to as well as discuss and arrange articles.
Please let me know here if you are interested in helping.
Many thanks
Mike

Brilliant idea.
Maybe feature some of the regional meets on it to encourage users to become members?

| It would be better to tie in the front page better to actual forum content, and i think it could be usefull in drawing in new members (it gives a better representation of the site than vx press releases.)
Having said that, i've bookmarked the forum page, and never really look at the front page, so i doubt that many of the older Miggers will notice.
Just my 2p

| TBH, might just be me, but even if I type in www.migweb.co.uk it takes me straight to the forums.

| I fancy myself as a bit of a budding writer so I would happily submit.
Good idea though, 1st impressions are important.
