this guy asked me a couple of years back if i would swap 2 vauxhall plug covers for two opel ones, one plastic one metal, so obv i said yes, he was going to send his out then me , they never arrivd, lucky i never sent mine,
on saying that tho there could be a genuine reason for it, but you should be kept informed right enough
paypal will get your money back anyway
