do you have any more info on them? are they a DCOE fitment flange? do they retain the stadard injectors/rail in the manifold on can you fit injectors in the TB itself?

It is a DCOE fitment flange, you can use the standard injectors and fuel rail if you want, they would need to be modified to put injectors into the bodies themselves but could be done I think as they have where they would go they just need to be drilled out you can also use standard management with them or stand alone management.

Basically this is how it goes from the air filter
Air filter
Maf sensor/ Air flow meter
Dbilas air intake
Throttle bodies
Inlet manifold
Engine

To put these on an xe u would need a inlet manifold either from dbilas(regal) or sbd(cheaper) and u would need a fitting kit/breathers from regal and then use your standard fuel rail and injectors
