Yes mate you can rebuilt them. They are similar to the collins actuator so they should be able to supply you with a kit. if no luck drop me a PM and will see what i can do

I bought the -31 actuator and bracket of Scooby last year and had no problems with it whatsoever. I set it on a mates Cav turbo to start boosting from 2000rpm and it was very smooth throughout the revs. Recommended seller.

You should they worked pretty well. When I get another Cavalier turbo 4x4 I'll be knocking on your door for another actuator
