Im Selling My F20 Straight Cut Gearbox. This Is The Ultimate Gearbox For Anyone.
When I Bought It And Put It In It Was Like I Had Just Gained 30bhp...

It Has A 4.53 Cwp Final Drive And A Zf Lsd Fitted To It.

I Have Just Had It Back From T2 Transmissions From Being Checked And Given The All Clear With New Gaskets And Seals, Looking Like New.

All The Gears Are Nice With No Pitting Or Marks At All Looking Like New.
The Only Reason I Am Selling It Is That I Have Just Bought A 6 Speed Dog Box At A Price I Could Not Refuse, So I Don't Need 2 Boxes Because The Missus Will Have A Fit.

Looking For £1700 Quid On Nearest Offer And Might Be Able To Deliver As Well Depending On Where I Am In The Country.

Any Inspection Welcome I Will Happily Take Off The Diff Pan And Selector Housing To Inspect.

What are the gear ratios? Where are you? Would you be willing to sell it at a more realistic price? I'm assuming this is a synchro box, or is it a dog box?

What? a more realistic price ? These kits are £1650 from quaife without the diff. A diff from harry hockley is £850 and then you have to pay somone to put it all together.

It is a synchro box not dog.

what sort of top end speed/revs were you getting with the 4:53 FD?

I was getting about 95mph out of it with a standard red top and 14" wheels

About £500 overpriced for a second hand synchro box with ZF LSD.

Good luck selling it though, you're going to need it.

quaife dont make a syncro kit now tho do they ( or when i rang then a few mts ago they told me that) the zf diff is the best you can get tho as long as its mint inside etc.

no one has any money mate-its the worst economic depression to come in a 100 years!.......
if you have a job now you probably wont have it later-so people are not spending what they do have!
