NEW PICTURES Reconditioned Coscast head.
This head has been profesionally reconditioned, by myself i have worked for an engine reconditioner for 13 years. Head has been chemically cleaned and all oil gallery bungs have been removed and oil gallerys cleand and new bungs fitted. Head has been pressure tested submerged at 80'c . Seats have been cut with 4 angles. Valves have been shot blasted measured and checked for allignment. Head has been faced approx .015" and head has been reassymbled with new Victor Reinz stem seals. Valves and springs only. Ports have been vacume tested to check if valves are seating air tight. There is some superfical damage between no. 2 cylinder exhaust valves but seats are perfect. I have all pictures to prove presure testing, seats being cut head faced etc..I can e mail these on request.
