PACE Drysump pan and front Cover

I have for sale a used, but good condition Pace Drysump pan to suit 2.0 XE or LET, along with the front cover which fits in place of the standard oil pump.

The sump pan is for an INLET side mounted drysump pump but could be re-machined by the buyer to allow it to be with an Exhaust side pump.

Comes with everything pictured including the baffle plate.

DOES NOT INCLUDE DRYSUMP PUMP!

Bit of a difficult one to guage the price, but bearing in mind the sump pans are around £350 and the front cover £120 new,

So,
Guide price of £200 for both, but open to offers.

Thanks.

Re: PACE Drysump pan and front Cover

Depends which pump you get.
The slim Jim is more expensive, the new one SBD do is cheaper.

That pan looks different to mine.
Mine has the baffels actually screwed at low level in the pan and the 'trough' on yours seems to slant to the rear of the engine, where as mine is level all teh way through.

Do you know if this pan is an old style one (if there was such a thing), or maybe a rear wheel drive one or something?

Looks to me it'll work fine in any oriantation though.

For pump prices call SBD and Pace, and google.

Re: PACE Drysump pan and front Cover

Thanks for the post Giles,
As far as im aware its a standard Pace sump pan, the SBD ones are different with the screwed in baffle as you mention, its just something that they specified for their own sumps i think.

It will suit either FWD or RWD applications.

Re: PACE Drysump pan and front Cover

Sorry guys just realised i listed it as Exhaust side, but its clearly not as shown in the pics, its currently for a drysump pump mounted on the INLET side of the engine, although as ive stated, if this isnt any good for your particular installation then i believe it is possible to have it re-machined to turn the fittings around, but may require Pace's new style fittings for this as im not sure if the existing ones will work, but this is an option anyway.

Sorry for the confusion
