Engine: Early c20xe bottom end. Done under 90k. Work below carried out 200 miles ago:
Oil pump face re-polished (very good pressure)
New Big end shells
New Mains shells
SBD uprated allen head mains bolts
SBD new pully bolt
Regal high-tensile rod bolts (on 2nd use now)
Braided turbo oil feed pipe
Flat flywheel
Sump has turbo oil return chemical-metalled in - solid, no cracks.
Rubber sump gasket (not ****ty leaky cork ones)
Cometic 1.7mm gasket with SBD cooling mods, runs non-modded head fine - re-usable (on 3rd use now iirc)!
New cambelt & rollers 20k ago.
Oil sandwich plate and oil std oil cooler.
Early GM head. Estimated mileage around 130k. Condition OK but some corrosion near chambers from not using antifreeze
.
Spec:
Never overheated, sealing perfectly
XE inlet cam
LET exhaust cam
Mild port&polish
Chambers are 'grooved' for improved squish
Porous issue fixed (see bolt on exhaust side)
Dizzy blanking plug
Valves re-seated at 100k
New stem seals at 100k
New cam seals at 100k
Lifters are a bit worn, but have been cleaned twice in last 30k and dont tap.
CTS sensor known&working
Inlet side stuff:
Standard inlet
Water breather malarky blocked off:
c20let throttle body with knife-edged butterflies.
Proper TPS sensor.
XE injectors.
Standard XE FPR (2.5 bar).
Late-style custom alternator bracket (very solid)
Tophat with IAT sensor.
Tophat had hole in top for nitrous jet/water injection. This was chemical-metalled shut with a large flat-headed bolt. Removable i reckon, if you want to run a jet.
Uses an idle-adjuster valve (mechanical), but i'll chuck in the original Idle Control Valve.
Overall bad points/things you might want to know about engine:
2 bolts on head that hold cambelt backing plate have snapped and are stuck in the head. Not had any problems running without them
Cambelt backing plate has a few chunks taken out near pullies, to allow removal of head from engine with cams and pullies attatched (normally pullies get stuck on the plate)
No engine number on block. (bought the bottom end like this)
7mm bolts that hold clutch pressure plate to flywheel need changing for peace of mind (one was stretched).
Excellent project engine for programmable management and turbo. No dizzy or coil. All sensors are there already for megasquirt, others will work too, just get the appropriate coilpack for your management and you're sorted!
Around 10:1 CR with the cometic gasket.
With a good tune, good inlet temps this sort of set-up should take a bar of boost, which would make quite a lot of power at this CR.
It's all built ready to go, just needs management and a map
Gearbox/transmission:
F20 with no whines or crunches, not been abused.
New Borg&Beck clutch and newish release bearing 200 miles ago.
New flywheel bolts 200 miles ago.

Exhaust:
Ashley mild 2 1/4" system NO BACKBOX
Downpipe and centre pipe sprayed with anti-rust high temp paint, rest is powdercoated black.
Downpipe been welded, but no holes.
Has o2 bung welded in, just not in ideal position.
Used for less than 400 miles

Electronic-Hydraulic Power Assisted Steering set-up:
From Mk2 MR2:
Pump, relay, reservoir, piping, pump mount, high pressure pipe, cables - basically everything you need minus the dash switch for on/off.
Mount bolts to the chassis leg where the battery is on a corsa, so that may need relocating.
Has currently been on my Left-Hand Drive tigra, and i'm unsure where the steering rack connectors come out, so PM me and ill help all i can
