    300mm Big disk conversion

For many years we have been making disk bells and caliper brackets for our customer, after making afew one off sets for vauxhalls we have decided to start selling them, but im unsure if there is a market for them.

Using our own rotors, hard anodised bells and caliper brakets this kit would let you use your std 2ltr calipers and will fit under 16 inch wheels. available for 4 and 5 stud.

So basiacally im just trying to see if people would be interested in these?

If you are, would you rather run your 2ltr caliper or move up to a v6 caliper?

discuss folks let me know what your after.

once i run my 270s into the ground, i could well be. its a hi spec kit andf they want over 500 quid to supply me 315mm rotors and the correct bells, complete with the correct spacer brackets so if the price is right i could well be wanting a set in the future. what kinda price we gony be taling for a set of bells and rotors. i assume the brackets would be different but i could make my own to move the caliper further out unless you can supply ones that would suit my hi specs?

No prices as yet but they will be sensibly priced, if you had the 300mm ones above what calipers would you want to use??

Well i'd definatly be up for a couple of sets depending on prices. Will you just be producing for 2.0 or V6 fitment? Or will both possibly be available? As long as these are as good as your flywheels and pulleys i'm up for some bad boy brakes lol

We could make some caliper brakets probably but we would need you to send us your calipers to work from.

If people want to use v6 calipers then we will make caliper brackets for them aswell.

couldnt tell you mate, never had to buy a set. only price ive had is what i said above from hi spec. over 500 for bells, rotos and calipers but i'd say that was astronomical

yeah its a tuff one, the problem we have is we like to be sensibly priced and if we make very little on them we could be using the machines to do other work with better profit if you know what i mean..

of course. theres no pint doing them if it isnt going to economically viable for you to do so. you need to weigh up profit/time/demand to work out which is going to be the best thing to be manufacturing

what we would be looking to do is make say 10 sets for stock and see how they sell, but what i dont wanna do is make 10 sets that people dont want..lol.. ill get a price sorted asap and see what you guys think.
