Ok, figured it's time for a new thread
if anyone's been following the other thread where i was gauging interest - since that one i have tidied the bonnet up more, shaved off, err 20 grams too lmao
Re-done the photos - these do it more justice !! (check out the lame one with me holding it lmaolmao)
Specs:
> High quality fire retardant resin (tested myself :lol
> High durability gelcoat surface
> Mounts straight onto original corsa hinges (buts bolts washers supplied)
> Uses adjustable GM corsa bump stops for perfect fitment
> 2 hollow ribs strengthen&stiffen the bonnet.
> Ultra-light !! 3.5kg's - thats 10 kilos less than OE bonnet.
It's upto you how you attatch the front to the car, i suggest bonnet pins.
Normally i'd want £100, but since it's the very first example i've made, it's a little 'untidy' un the underside, ill sell it for £80. I also had some surface issues, but all is now fixed. Fitment-wise, its sold AS IT, i've made tremendous efforts to ensure that it all fits flush and perfect, but you never know.
You may need to to a bit of chopping with a dremel, you may not. I dont have a corsa so i can't test it, but comparing it with the original bonnet, all looks spot on and well.
Perfect for a track corsa really !!
