It comprises of 16 studs and 16 nuts (open or chromed closed nuts). This is a high quality kit and have been running it on my Nova Turbo for well over a year now as well as other migweb users without one problem. If they were gonna snap I’d imagine they’d do it on a tuned LET Nova. They are very easy to fit and save a lot of time when fitting and removing wheels, especially the larger rims. Each Stud can be screwed into place using lock tight and a Phillips screwdriver, and are specially made for the job

Its not just some dodgy ebay job or threaded bar kit but one that’s been highly manufactured and distributed all over the country/world. My mate bought a similar kit from a reputable tuner and paid £120 for it.

Price id imagine to be around the last batch i got, so £35 (4stud). price may vary but still cheap, bearing in mind that the included postage is about a fiver due to the weight

Adam - The thread that goes into the hub locks in and the long thread that sticks out hold and secures the wheel using the nut (open or closed). Its basically replaces the std bolt to a fixed thread and removable nut like on Frauds

Adam - Closed nuts are in the pic and open nuts are just like shiney ford ones lol. The studs are the same wether for 5 or 4 stud kits

so is it finger tight studs u screw into the hubs then put shiney caps on?

whats the advantage?? not buying just purely intrigued.. are stud > nut combos stronger than just bolts or something?

You screw and tighten the studs into the hubs using the phillips head bulit into the stud itself. Then just tighten your wheel on using the nuts as you would on any other car using studs and nuts instead off a bolt.



A big advantage is it saves time lining up wheels ect. People who rally vauxhalls use such a conversion.

I ran it on my 300bhp nova turbo with no probs at all and alot off people on here have found the conversion more than useful

If u wanted to use your own locking nuts then you can just use 4 studs per hub then the locking bolt.

Personal preferance or i can do lockers for this particular kit. I think i can get open and closed lockers but will check
