    Hi DOM,
    Thanks for the added information.
I will use one to give the ECM of the injection system the right amount of pulse 4000 per mile, so this one will be checked a set finally.
The other will be used for the EPAS this one is the one that will be adjusted via the stalk switch, I will setup it via a test on the track, let’s say 10 times adjusting? Once is setup the calibration would remain unchanged.
Would be 10 attempts to much?
Regarding the distance, I think that I have space at the steering column to fix the box, so that the distance would be short.
    Regards,
    Have a nice day!

It will let you store the values around 10,000 times so there isnt really an issue with that

The issue with the length of the cables is that the Microprocessor has its own internal resistors to pull up the signal but this is a very weak pullup - long cables can pick up noise but if that happens just disconnect the cables to the stalk

Yes - this is one of the things the unit was designed to sort out. As long as its a standard xxx pulses per mile rather than pulling it in from the ODBC then it should work fine.

I'll be making an initial 10 units - these are still at the end of beta testing as the 5 I made as prototypes and sent out to eager volunteers just vanished - I had no feedback or payment for any of them

On the plus side the first unit I sent out (before the other prototypes) has been working perfectly after a couple of minor software revisions so I'm pretty confident that you wont have any problems with the latest units.

You're on my list bud dont worry

I may even make 20 of these units - I'll hold 10 back for people who have requested these by PM etc but if they dont go I'll put them in as stock.

Takes me on average a couple of hours to build and test each unit when I'm doing them in batches so a fair bit of work ahead of me next week when you consider I only have 5 hours a day to actually work ........

get them out and get some revenue in
if you only use long served mig members you'll get good feedback and no petty "Dom ripped me off"
i'm sure i asked for 1 a couple of years back maybe?

I think in the future I'll be doing prototype trials with members only and have an evaluation program where you have to pay a 50% deposit on them for a one months sale or return basis or similar.

Will be some good stuff coming out this year though

I'm not taking any money for these until I have some units built but I'm working on them as we speak

First refusal will be given to people who can fit them straight away - I still need to get them properly tested and evaluated before I am 100% certain that all the minor bugs are sorted.

I'm 95% certain that they will work fine but before I put orders in for a couple of months mortgage worth of parts I want to get some more units out on the market
