i have not problem sending more mate.
problem is if i send you less. you understand?
if it costs more than i think then you wont send the springs and all the time waititng for the money to arrive there will go wasted because i'll have to send more for you to send them.
if i send 20 + 25 for postage and it costs 30 for postage are you prepared to send the springs and then i send you another fiver or will you wait till you get it and then ship?
i need the springs asap as one broke in middle and by making 100km per day travelling to work i think that my 450 quid paid on tyres are now gone to the garbage as probably the tyres are worn unevenly. i dont know since when the spring was broken.
i think it would be better if you asked the post office and tell me.
or if you were kind enough send them through today and i promise to send the money over as soon as you know the costs.
i'll send cash in an envelope.
you mean to transfer the money?
give me the total and i will either wire transfer or send cash.
do you think the impact o the tyre is big?
the car rear tyres look like / | instead of / \ .
do you understand?
i think that's the reason i was hearing that whining sound.
hopefully i fixed the 4x4 asa soon as i bought the car and never used it.

You have negative camber on the rear wheels... I take it your springs are collapsed or they are lowering springs. This is not a good idea as regards tyre wear and an even worse idea when it comes to the 4x4. Pull fuse 19 until it's fixed.
i have F19 pulled since i got the car.
only worry is tyre wear.
i paid for the darn 4 tyres 450 gbp.
they are not lowering spings. they are the original 1992 ones i am pretty sure.
problem is that the left one is missing about 5cm as it broke.
so i suppose that explains this /
are the 16v rear ones different from the turbo rears?
also are the vectra(cavalier) 4x4 rear springs the same as the cally T ones?
nope dont have Lloyds mate! you'll have to send me the total which i'll send in gbp in a registered envelope.
Send £35 to be on the safe side and I'll post back any left over postage
The Cav/Calibra 4x4 systems are identical so yes they are the same.
The 2WD Cavalier Calibra's have the same sized springs IIRC, but they are softer because of the lighter rear end. So if you fitted them you would have a similar camber problem!
Well I've never posted abroad... how much does it usually cost for something that size?
Within the UK it would be around £14 I reckon.
