i may have an old f28 clutch lying about.

do you do them for the f20?

if so then the plate that bolts to the flywheel is the same as the f28, only differences being the flywheel type - pot or flat.

the splines on the clutch plate are a different number than the f20 though. as i say i might have one that i can send you. i will need to check

Yes, i do clutch kits for flat(more commom on C20NE´s) and pot type flywheels. Then, the only diference by F28 to F16/20 is the number os tooths on disk spline rotor? If is only that, then, will be much easy for me develope F28 clutch kits.

If you can send to me only the old F28 disk(for i copy the splines), i can give to you a 5% disccount on F28 clutch kit.

i found the ruff idle it turned out to be my intercooler

so ive got this on it now

Volume 13680cm2

Core size = 600 x 300 x 76 mm

Inlet/Outlet diameter = 76mm (3")

Core construction = Plate and Bar

Length between Inlet and Outlet = 780mm

Tested to 5 Bar

Cast aluminium end tanks

Suitable for applications up to 650bhp

For up to 300bhp, i have the clutch kit with 3 ceramic tabs disk and 650lbs pressure plate from only £155 + postage + bank fee

My mate needs a new Turbo. What mods does he need to do to get the T34 to fit a Corsa with a C20LET engine??

hummm.. is not easy fit. Will need much modifications on radiator/fan for give the clearance for new manifold and external wastegate. I had a customer that did it on a Corsa, but i lost the contact with him. He did modifications on radiator and fan.

I can sell to you, but i don´t will give any guarantee of fitment.

Damn, very expensive for only a light clutch disk.

But if the disk are pretty same(measures/dimensions), the only diference are on center splines, then, take off only the center/spline, and send it to me..will be a very light weight.

So soon my X16XE 350bhp project will be ready, and i will post all pictures and dyno results.

I using this engine for develope the 350bhp kit, that will use tubular manifold, external wastegate and T34 turbocharger. Will be the highest power turbo kit for Vaux 1.6 litre engine on world.

You can run without intercooler, no problems.. only will have lower power result and more risk of detonation(but with 8,5:1 and low to mid boost phases don´t will have risk). The ECU can be the standard of your C20XE, don´t need be changed. You will run with the special AFPR(included on kit) plus LET injectors(not included) for give the extra demand of fuel on boost phase. Work perfect.

I have the high power forged pistons for LET/XE in any compressio ratio you want and in any measure: 86.00, 86.50, 87.00.. Are arriving the new stock of pistons so soon. It´s costs 270 quid.

I will pass the C20XE turbo kit cotage by PM for you.

He said I should get in touch with you as I am looking to buy a turbo kit for a corsa gsi c16xe. I dont have that much knowledge about turbos but russell has been explaining quite a bit to me. I do know that I want a turbo for it with an external wastegate as the noise is cream to my coffee.
