Thanks Gav

I'm going to have to convince the other half I need a 10-15" screen in the boot to finish the new install off. Would look great and like you say the prices don't seem to bad. You certainly have me thinking about it. Thanks.

Smile

i thought that people could make their own minds up as to what to buy and from who. loads of questions get asked and they get many different answers from peoples experiance/opinion.

the only thing that is important is u get the right thing first time, dont spend time and money on something you will need to upgrade later.

on the sites above you could sit and go through them for hours and hours, the only decesion you have to make is what manufacturer/s you are going to use.

just used as an insight as to what is out there.

Seems like I've come to the right place. I'm looking for a new head unit, nothing fancy, Just a CD/tuner.
The above links should help me out, saves me f4rting around trying to find all the decent sites.

Cheers people

Dazlin

P.S. this site seems to be quite cheap http://www.incardiscount.co.uk
Don't know what their service is like though

I highly recommend the caraudiosecurity link, very good firm, cheap, carry huge stocks and the gear comes in a couple of days.

Fantastic idea Gav.

I agree with Bri It should be sticky (after the usual "This site contains links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites." legal b*ll*x).

Anyone got in contact with admin about this?

i did ask them a while ago about making it a sticky but go no answer.... ahh well gona have to bump it up from time to time

the rockford site is so informative, as is the jl's too. ok so people may ask less questions re installs but they get the advice of people in the know... which is good.

also multi media gear, screens etc but there is so much of it too look through, the info is there u just have to find it
