Advice please

at the moment i have in my Nova :

17cm in the front doors
6x9 in the parcel shelf
12" sub+amp in the boot

i want to strip the whole car out apart from the front, i know i can leave the sub+amp on the floor, but where can i put the 6x9s?

can u make small boxes for them like subs?

Any speaker that puts out bass and midrange requires an enclosure to either completely defeat the inverse sound coming from the back of the speaker (sealed box) or alter it to put it back in phase (ported). All you're doing with a parcel shelf is creating a very basic enclosure. Top end doesn't really need an enclosure as such, as the sounds are directional.

Therefore, you can create smaller enclosures for the speakers, and mount them to the doors for example. The key is that 6x9's will not required the massive bass box of a 10 or 12 inch sub, so the enclosure will be nice and compact.
