Unfortunately, its a possible disadvantage to having sorted suspension. When I did my Cavalier, I couldn't listen to CD's unless I was on smooth motorways, nothing was coming out around town.
One thing you could try is to mount it as low as possible, near to the centre of gravity. Under the passenger seat is a good place. However, it's a bit pointless if you've already got it stuck on the boot floor.
Another option is to buy a new one, they are getting better, and the last few I've seen reviewed resisted all attempts to get them to skip.

Yeah, I think the new changers store X amount of seconds of music in a chip, so if the cd jumps you are still hearing the music that is stored. The system then has so many seconds to catch up. I use a Panasonic setup, and even with the konis on hard and the crap roads round here, it hasn't skipped once in 6 months.
Ain't technology great !!!
Oh - With the changer you have, it will have a swith for damping for if it's vertical or horizontal, just make sure thats set correctly for the way your changer is mounted.

Ive had the same problem using my kenwood setup i overcame it by placing rubber spaces around the screws that hold the cd changer onto the bacxk searts thses aborb the bouncyness meaning the cd's dont jump
it worked for me
