corsa c ipod connection with fm modulator

Hi guys, hope you can help

want to get a hard wired fm modulator for the mrs corsa c (55 plate) so she can listen to her ipod through the standard car stereo,

do i need a fakra type one or a standard one?

any recommendations of which one to get?

If it's the CDR2005 (? or similar) it's the old style. The CD30 requires the Fakra adapter.
