Zafira B ignition live on stereo problem

Hi guys.

I have just touched an earth wire onto the live wire on the back of my stereo (not on purpose)
Now, I have checked all fuses under the bonnet and in the rear section. All fine.

I have 12v on the constant live but nothing on the switched live..........

Its nothing to do with the stereo as im testing from the cars radio loom.

Anyone shed any light of this? is it to do with the canbus system?

Everything else seems to be working fine. Just the ignition live to stereo.

Any help would be great.

It turned out that I had shorted out my aftermarket steering wheel control module.

Everything still works except for the illumination dim and switched live.

Ran a new switched live and its sorted.
