corsa c with cd30 cand find 12v???

i have a 05 corsa c and i am changing the head unit just now, i have the adapter because it is the cambus model with cd30.

The headuinit is not turning on because there in no 12v signal getting sent when the ignition is turned on, there is a 3v and 2.5v but this is no use. i had over rid this to make sure the headunit works, and it works fine, but i need to find a 12v ign signal because i am not over riding the sub as i would need to turn it on and off all the time, is there a 12v i can take from some other part of the car and use this, providing the 12v must be off when the car is and turn on when the ignition is turn on.

any help as soon as possible would be grate as i am doing it just now, thanks

I think on these you have to take the 12v ignition feed from the back of the hazard switch (This is the recommended place on other CAN equipped Vauxhalls) You can also get an adaptor to generate a 12v switched feed using the CAN wiring as a signal.
