    speaker wiring

    just double checking before i solder, but my corsa has blue and blue/brown for the front speakers in the doors

    blue = live
    blue/brown = nagative

    but someone has cut the multiplug off the standard speaker so i cut the plugs and a small part of loom from a mk4 astra which has 1 side as blue and blue/brown and the other yellow and yellow/brown

    what im basically asking is that in all vauxhalls the wiring style stays the same and the wire with the trace is always negative? im sure it is but just want to double chck before i solder it all together and build the doors back up

    thanks
