imobilzer problem, wont unlock doors, help please!!!

hi, the problem is the doors wont unlock, so what happened was i tuck the battery off to charge it, then to nite i put the battery back on and the key fob wont unlock the doors, but the engine still starts (ileft the window down as its park in my garage luckily ) so does any 1 no whats rong with it and how to fix it,
