mk4 sri alarm

hey fellas does the mk 4 sri 2.2l come with an alarm if u lock the door n bang on the glass the hazzard lights go off but no sound.

Siren is knackered or unpluged they were a pain in ass when battery back up was getting depleted it would trigger off randomly
and u guessed it mainley in early hours of the morning

where would i find the siren so i can try n fix it
