    high distance alarm

I am thinking to fit an alarm that can be operated from a fair high distance, let's say from inside the house while the car is in the garage or in the street. Also the Start\Stop Engine Function would be very important now in the winter when you want to enter directly to a warm car. Can you recommend any product, as I have no idea of alarms?
    Thank you, guys.

Clifford are good, they have intellistart and a button to put your headlights on like the engine start. Quiet expensive though! But are good alarms they have full closure of the vehicle, Basically if its fitted properly your not stealin the car.

yeah what I was saying is that the alarm is that good, that your not starting it with out a major bypass or towing the car away lol

Iv got a viper, supposed 1KM range but realistically its about 250m with walls and other large things in the way, still the remotes got a screen that beeps and flashed at you if your alarm goes off, had it for over a year and never had a problem with it.

Seems a bit stupid to me, what happens when the fob is in your pocket and gets pressed accidentally?
