hi, i dont know if anybody can help, but i changed my battery and now my stereo is locked, its a cdr 500 and the serial number is gm050011166535. does anybody know how i can get the code?

Not written on the top of the CDR500 in marker pen is it ? Generally the code is on a card in your document pack along with your car sercurity code etc.

Without that you'll probably have to get the code from a main dealer.

its actually out of an old car i had a few years ago. nothing written on it. are there no free decoders you know of?

Not come across one yet I'm afraid. Ironically if it was a Ford one I could help but not on the Vauxhall ones
