Connects2 CANBus or Kenwood CANBus adaptor?

I'd like to fit a Kenwood Headunit to my Astra H but am not sure which CANBus adaptor to get.

I have to get the facia panel, an aerial adaptor but do I get the Kenwood CANBus adaptor or the Connects2 adaptor. Are there any differences between the two?

I've read that after changing headunits, you will no longer be able to adjust the system clock or date. Would either of these adaptors still allow you to change this?

It's an Astra Design if that helps.

I'm pretty sure the Connects2 adaptor has functions built in for the BC/MID, but I remember their array of products left me unsure of what exactly to purchase, but I definately remember instructions for operating the BC and changing settings using the steering wheel buttons. I didn't bother in the end as I sold the car on anyway.

Best bet is ask the manufacturers for a definitive answer if you don't get a positive reponse here.

Thanks for the reply BigDave1979. The Autoleads adaptors are cheaper but the Connects2 adaptor gives ignition live, speed signal, illumination wire - not sure if the Autoleads or Kenwood CANBus adaptors do this.

Has anyone here fitted any of these to their Astra H's?

The connects2 adaptors do allow you to get back into the setting on the display to change the clocks. It also gives out a ignition feed and probably other things too
