Wiring Help with Vauxhall Cat 1 immobiliser and Hawk Alarm

Hi, i have got a corsa gsi thats got the vauxhall cat 1 immobiliser on it from the factory (optional extra i believe). I've got a Hawk alarm and immobiliser that i would like to fit to the car as well, not so much bothered about the immobiliser as the factory one is there but am questioning the wiring of the vauxhall immobiliser and how it will affect it by wiring in the hawk alarm? anyone come across these immobilisers before??
