My missus corsa has just lost the cosntant live feed for the stereo, with the engine off i have 12v but when i switch it on the voltage starts dropping.. if i take a feed from the switched live stereo works fine so seems to be a fault with the constant live in the cars OE wiring?
anyone know anything about this fault.... googled it and seems fairly common!

hmm thats odd, it may sound stupid, but have u checked fuses ?
had same problem wit my girls corsa c after changing the head unit(vauxhall ) to a mp3 same thing happened i couldnt work it out at aw..ended up taking it to local ice expert who after 10 mins in car fixed the problem...i no lot bout stereos etc but couldnt work out the problem my advice would b do what a did nip along to local sound expert n get them to fix it.
did he not tell you what the problem was? or did he just fit a new live
