Please don't title threads "help please", it gives no idea what your questions are about. You will find you'll get many more views with a title describing the problem.

You can't just ask for sub box sizes without any information.

Subs come with a whole bunch of specs that are needed to calculate the volume correctly.

google each brand and model number, there will be a spec sheet to tell you how much volume you'll need and wether to port or seal it.

    Hi mate, welcome...

If your gonna be building a wall, I would recommend you use similar subs.. Using multiple brands is a bad idea, as using different sizes is... First job is to work out how much enclosure volume you can attain in your car, then select your subs in accordance with this... I would suggest going ported, but you must ensure each sub is equidistant from the port to avoid loading differences.. A single enclosure will offer the best results, but due to size internal bracing will be needed.. When selecting your subs you will need to ensure you get the correct coil configuration & impedances to present the optimum load for whichever amp/amps you decide to use..

Once you have decided on all the above you will need to ensure your charge circuit & power supply are upto the proposed demand, this area can swallow a huge chunk of your overall budget....

Post up proposed budget & car make/model/type...

Will check out your options from there....
if it sounds right to you, then its right.

You dont need that many subs. it's going to weigh your car down.

Just use the 15" if you listen to poor people's music (hiphop/ R&B) or 1 or 2 12" subs for anything else

    Re: Sub box dimensions help

i'de just use the mmats, they're well rated drivers. make a box that is around 4 cuft and ide tune the port between 28-33 hz but it depends what music you listen to..i listen to dubstep, DnB and hiphop. if your listening to punchy club music tune it to around 40-45 or even sealed. i ran 2x12" pioneer tsw-3004 subs which were sat in 2x 1.3 cuft boxes tunned to 28Hz. this got me a healthy 147.8 db @ 31Hz. all depends what amp your running to, dont go for budget amps that state 2000w max power..they dont and they maybe got that that rating for 0.5 seconds running 18v throught them. with just a normal charge system @ full volume u'll be looking at around 12-13V if your lucky.. look just for RMS figures and ull be on the right track. use that one 15" witht the right amp and box you will be very surprised. if you want a box designing give me a PM ide be happy to help

heres a couple pics of my system not too pretty but f**king loud

    and zero guage wiring

bit of inspiration, a picture of a friends setup in a chevvy blazer. 6x18" subs in a clamshell box design hitiing over 152db at around 20hz. its killed two windscreens allready
