Locked my keys in my car

hey guys

Wonder if anybody can help me i just locked my keys in my car a total retard

on my side, plus my spare key is also in there is there any whay i can get into the car ? I drive a mk3 5 door 180is and i dont want to break the lock or the window to get in Ur help would be appreciated alot

Assuming the deadlocks aren't on I'd try the wire coat hanger down the door trick!

the only other way mate to bend the door out but if your goin to do that be carefull not to break the glass just pull it out enogh to get some thing in to get the keys or open the lock

As per Lugy's suggestion, you also might find it easier to carefully prise off the window trim and shine a torch down there to see what you're doing!

Thanks for all the reply's mates just tried the wire trick but to no avail i dont really want to bend my door as forward u going to have trouble with leakage

Can you get under that bonnet? I remember reading that disconnecting and reconnecting the battery would unlock the car, that might not have been a Vauxhall though!

AA can sometimes help when called for locked keys, become a member!!

break the boot lock in, you'll do minimal damage and easily replaced parts.

short of "bashing" the door locks that's your only real way in.

being an old car "bashing" the lock will probably be fairly easy if you can find another vauxhall key.

I've also heard tales of going in through the wheelhouse and activating the central locking by grounding out the trigger wire on the door loom. Don't know how true this is or how easy it would be to get at it if you can.

oh God our friend is from the land of the vuvuzelas!!! AA patrolmen may already be there in South Africa for the world cup!! (Lol i didn't realise the guy is in S Africa, but when i was in kenya we had the AA there !!
