alarm issues !

hi all, right my carlton gsi alarm keeps goin off is there any way i can turn down the sensitivity or turn the alarm off completly ?

any help would be great !

yes mate its a standard vauxhall alarm its on a G'reg carlton gsi

got it sorted, the problem is the carlton alarms are very sensitve so if you leave the window or sun roof open just a little bit and there is a little breeze then it would go off. i had to push the sensor on the driversside piller for 10 seconds then it turned off the sensor which covers the front passenger seat,sorted ! im not sure if its the same for other vauxhalls
