Need advice on new car stereo, last time i bought one was 1998

So im looking for a head unit and im well out of touch with whats good bad and available!!!, i like the idea of having an SD card slot and a usb connection.

Also i noticed some stereos have blutooth parrot feature, will these work with phones like the Nokia N900?

this is the kind of thing im liking....
