turn on the ignition then off and disconnect the battery within 30 seconds of turning ignition off...
(loosen terminal first is the best way...)
Reset the ecu so it adapts to your driving?
Who told you that?
For the love of God, please read the rules
Lol......

Surely you are only pulling it one way though? ie. you are pulling it along its length.

you turn the ignition (not engine) on then disconnect the battery.
Please try and find it

It does reset the adaptive learning.
There's also an option somewhere in the ECU to do it via tech2.
Oh, and once you've reconnected the battery, go for a drive.
Highest gear, but low speed.
ok will do, as i had to disconnect the battery any way.
cheers

Ok, lots of cars ecu's can adapt but not to the drivers style of driving! The ecu will adapt to different fuel types.
