    physically yes, your shelf and the sound will suffer big time, needs enclosing for it to sound any good though

    personally i wouldnt bother with fusion products, we USED to deal with them at work, but dropped them for crap customer service, only took them 6 months to replace a faulty speaker, i would use anything from midbass ie vibe, edge, or even the fli stuff is also quite good, customer service is a1 from these guys and have a very good technical team too
