wanna fit a loub sub and amp

Hi guys a mate of mine wants to fit some sub and amps to his bmw coupe but cuz me and him dont know much about it just though u could help.What he is think is two 12`jbl 1000 watt subs with two 800 watt 4 channel amps that then the rear 6x9 go into.Would this work ok or not

Leave the 6x9's in the window at halfords. If the subs are GT5's then they're fine. Use one amp such as a jbl monoblock. If you can be bothered use a second amp to amp up some upgraded front speakers.

You'll need 4awg cable as a minimum, upgrade the battery to chaisis earth, the alternator earth and the alternator to battery lead if you can be bothered, or if you get probs with dimming headlights.

Put the two subs in a box tuned to about 34 hz and that'll be plenty loud enough.
