I've just recieved a DVD head unit from a guy selling one on eBay. It said in the descrpition that it had a USB reader. Which I'm sure that that means it has a USB port on the front of it but this one does not have anything to do with USB anywhere. Am I right in that I can ask for a full refund and I can have the seller pay the postage costs for me to return the item?

postage they are not obliged to cover unless you claim it as compensation and they are legally forced to pay it and any other inconveniences. But you are entitled to a refund which should be made easier by paypal if you used them

go onto paypal and create a dispute they must do it that way. dont suppose its a ripseep one with touchscreen mine got pinched in october 08lmao

some one was like that to me ther account goes on hold for 14 days if they dont respond you get a full refund in your paypal as paypal is an Ebay company. mine got sorted and i think there account was closed in the end
