No radio signal or constant feed

Hello guys on my mk4 astra the radio cable looks fine connected it all up and nothing dont pick anything up any ideas??

And my cd player always forgets it self when ignition is off no constant feedi think. what can i do to check to sort this.

I'm guessing you have changed the headunit? If so swap the red and yellow wires around so it keeps it's memory. If the constant feed fuse was blown the top display wouldn;t show the time/ date etc

The aerial base's on the roof can go faulty of these cars but if it happened when you changed the headunit i'd check the aerial lead didn't get broken or possibly a faulty headunit

The radio didnt work with the standard head unit either mate and cant remember if it remembered befor

So i need to change them wires over yeh?

well, I know I need to change yellow and red to keep the memory (I have the same problem)

but what about the TID Display, showing/not showing date? when HU is on, it doesn't show date, but when it's off, it shows date. I think its the usual thing for the aftermarket HU's? no?
