remote central locking

hey all, just wondering if some one could give me a rough estimate on how much a remote central locking kit would be supplied and fitted, (aftermarket or oem) as ive emailed a few companys and not heard anything back, its for a mk3 astra gsi 1.8 if that makes any difference.

sorry if it sounds like a stupid question, but i am running out of ideas

Hi Mr Toad, do you also supply the kits only? as I might be intersted in one for my Calibra, I just need the fob with two buttons Lock/Unlock and the reciever module, that I can fit myself. Possibly two fobes one as a spare.

i have a few questions on how to install the fob receiver. which cords to i hook up from the receiver to the central locking unit? i dont want to cut all kinds of wires and possibly mess everything up. i do have the haynes manual for my calibra, but i cant make sense of the wiring diagram. so basically what i need to know is, which wire is the lock, and which is the unlock?

the loom is just infront of the passenger door under the panel in the passenger footwell for cenral locking wires.

i paid £30 for a cheapo alarm with RCL and added it into the original CL on my astra, never had a problem with it since it was put in, got it from ebay
