Astra G Changing CD Player

Mate has a 03 astra club with standard cd player, he is wanting to put an aftermarket
one in but wants to know if he can still use the controls on his steering wheel to control
the aftermarket cd player?

Yes. Most major brands either produce their own adapters or work with adaptors from companies like autoleads to connect up the factory controls and in some cases the dash display too. There are a great number to choose from.
