| Radio Broke on A3
Hi Guys
I no this is'nt to do with vauxhall but my old mans radio has broke in his Audi A3.
His battery went flat yesterday so we got the jump leads out and started it all fine, When the battery dies you need to put a code in the radio. It says in the manual that when you switch the radio on it should display "safe" but there is nothing at all displaying and it doesnt seem to be switching on.
I have checked the fuse any other ideas??? |

na he left the interior light on for 2 days. opsey!! Im out of ideas just doesnt seem to be getting any power | |

Unless you pull the stereo out and get it tested.
Any place that does radio decoding etc should be able to help.

If like mine (vw family) there is a fuse on the back of the stereo also a fuse in the fuse box.

same as mine people have used strips of a credit card to unclip them.
Halfords should stock them or ask to borrow them for 2 mins  | |

all sorted. Went to halfords borrowed a key to get it out and there is was, blown fuse.
