How typical? Get the car spick and span, bung it on the Autotrader and what happens? The DVD player stops working! Can anyone give me any clues as to what the problem might be? It's been working fine but now when you switch it on it comes up with the word eject (instead of no disc) when there isn't a disc in. Then when I put a disc in it takes it in fine, says 'reading disc' for about 5 seconds (with a bit of whirring noise) then comes up with 'no disc'. It's an Autovision roof mounted DVD player. Will it still work with a games console hooked up? Will the three coloured ports and tv screen will be unaffected? So many questions and so little time! Any help would be hugely appreciated. If anyone knows where you can get parts for it (in case its just the laser head or something) please let me know. Cheers! Natalie
